SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Ethically Made. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within three business days. Orders are processed Monday – Friday only (we’re a small business and like our weekends too!).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days and transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rate and Delivery Estimates

We are located in Chico, California, U.S.A., which is where your order will be shipping from.  Shipping rates vary and are based upon customer location.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ethically made is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (Tariffs, taxes, Etcetera).

Damages

Ethically Made is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the United States Postal Service to file a claim.

We recommend that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

Shipping costs for orders outside the US and Canada are calculated at checkout.
